They say they're the "original" Tacos El Grullense since 1982!
You'll find them always parked across the street from the Comcast Customer Service Center on South 10th street. They're parked on the street from 10 am to 4:30 pm every week day. I've had their tacos de lengua, cabeza, and asada. Each for $1.35. Tongue was okay and I expected more from their asada. The cabeza was my favorite from this truck. Flavorful and juicy pieces of cheek with the right amount of fat on em....yummm.
Chile verde is available at this truck, which is quite different than many others. In fact, I was a bit surprised to see hamburgers and chicken sandwiches on their menu as well. For about $5 with papas, I might just have to try em. Their burritos looked good also at $3.75 each.
I usually see customers eating on benches whenever I pass by. Folks in suits, warehouse workers, and truckers (who park their big rigs in the middle of the street) grab some grub from this well-maintained mini restaurant on wheels. -

Just had lunch there orders one Super Burrito of Carne Asada and 2 tacos for my grand baby's . What a disappointment .... Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought a Super Burrito would have some sort of Avocado. I guess not what I did get is Allot of lettuce and 2 half slices of tomatoes. The beef was shopped in little pieces I thought it was ground beef for a while but no it was Asada any woo I guess I find another spot to get a Burrito hey maybe Super T ...at least I know I will get Avocado there . One disappointed Gramma
